Mix and Pour is non-toxic, cement-based and free from aggressive chemicals. While it doesn’t emit harmful gases, ensure good ventilation in confined spaces.
Avoid excessive skin, eye contact, and swallowing. Freshly mixed product may cause skin irritation. Wear suitable clothing when using this product. In the event of contact with skin or eyes, rinse thoroughly with water. If swallowed drink plenty of water, do not induce vomiting, and seek medical advice.
The area to be repaired must be clean and free from loose material. It can be damp but not wet.
Mix the Mix and Pour as follows:
• For cracks and breakouts 300mls to 1kg.
• For overlaying corrosion 400mls to 1kg.
• For vertical or formed areas 200-250mls to 1kg.
Mechanical mix to the desired consistency, apply by pouring, squeegeeing, or trowelling.
Setup time will be affected by ambient temperature and thickness. Clean all tools and equipment with clean water before set.
