Is it safe to repair a drinking water tank with concrete products?

Yes. Mastermix Multi-Cote is a non-toxic cementitious repair product that is safe for use in potable (drinking) water tanks. It does not leach chemicals into your water supply.  

Can I repair a concrete water tank myself?

Small surface cracks can sometimes be repaired by a competent DIYer, but for structural leaks, delamination, or large crack repairs we recommend using a Mastermix Approved Applicator to ensure the repair is done correctly and qualifies for a warranty.  

How long does a concrete water tank repair last?

When Mastermix Multi-Cote is applied correctly by an approved applicator, it carries a design life of over 50 years.
