Mastermix Waterproof Mortar Mix is our answer to projects that require a waterproof lining to form as part of the curing process.
Product Introduction and Description
Mastermix Waterproof Mortar Mix forms a waterproof lining for areas where water is to be stored, from water tanks, reservoirs and water treatment plants. It can also be used to refurbish existing water tanks and feeding troughs.
Further, it will provide, a breathable, but waterproof rendered finish to the external walls of houses and commercial buildings. It can even be pump/spray applied where large enough volumes permit.

OPUS Laboratory Results: Independent Independent laboratory tests have shown that that Waterproof Mortar Mix has a compressive strength of 22.5 MPa after 7 days and 27.0 MPa after 28 days. It meets NZ Standards 4210:1989 Code of Practice for masonry construction.
|Packaging||Packed in 30kg waterproof bags. When stored in cool dry conditions it will have a shelf life of 3 months.|
Waterproof Mortar Mix should be mixed thoroughly, and evenly with 135mls : 1kg of product of clean potable water to the consistency required for the particular work being carried out.
The ambient temperature affects the curing time of Waterproof Mortar Mix. It is best used in temperatures of between 7°C and 25°C. The water content will also affect the curing time.
