Mix & Pour

Quick repairs without compromising on quality and durability – Mix and Pour is a high-performance repair kit which is completely inert and acid free. You don’t have to use MasterMix’s specific applicators to use this product, just mix it with your own tools and then pour it. Simple.

DETAILS

Product Performance The adhesion strength of MasterMix Mix and Pour is better than 2.00N/mm2 on concrete and blockwork. The compressive strength is better than 20Mpa whilst still remaining flexible. Tests have been carried out against Sulphuric, Hydrochloric, and Lactic Acid, as well as Caustic Soda.
Packaging Mix and Pour comes in 10ltr pails and has a shelf life of better than 6 months when kept in dry, cool conditions in the original container with the lid securely on.
Instructions Before beginning to mix the product, make sure the area to be repaired is clean and free from loose materials. Mix at a consistency of 400mls of potable water to 1kg to Mix and Pour product, using a mechanical mixing device. For cracks and breakouts: Simply pour the mixture into the cracks to level up and leave. For corroded areas: Pour onto the area and squeegee over to cover the affected area evenly. The product will set quickly to form an abrasive, resistant and flexible repair.

Each Warranty period is awarded at our discretion and will only be considered where approved Mastermix product applicators are used.
